Access and update your con­tacts and appoint­ments through your web account
Share pho­tos on your phone with fam­ily and friends.

Y’know, like MobileMe. We’ll see how this goes when it comes out. I’m sure Microsoft will be doing tons of test­ing on their ver­sion so they won’t have a bad start like Apple did. Get some more info here.
